It is the policy of The Arc of Ventura County to make information about services available to the public, especially to potential consumers, by the following methods: 1. Maintaining the website, www.arcvc.org, which describes programs and services, referral information, as well as information on membership and volunteer opportunities. 2. Providing brochures on programs and services to potential consumers, their families, and the community. 3. Maintaining a tri-annual newsletter that includes information on programs, services, current issues, events, and contact information. 4. Conducting tours of our facilities and interviewing consumers who are interested in services provided by The Arc of Ventura County. 5. Meeting with potential consumers, scheduled by case managers, to ensure consumer choice.
