OUR MISSION

The Arc of Ventura County is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Established in 1954, The Arc serves over 700 individuals in a variety of programs throughout Ventura County. We are committed to empowering the individuals we support by offering opportunities that lead to greater independence and self-determined lives in regular everyday settings. Informed decisions, positive changes, as well as integration and participation in the community are fundamental principles of all programs.
